Sales Development Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Leader to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline and assisting in revenue production. In this role, you will engage with prospects, manage our database utilizing SalesForce.com and assist in developing prospects to become a successful client. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast pace, highly engaged environment, and understands how to work smart.

Job Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on our offerings
  • Engage prospects in strategic conversations and understand how eCIFM can provide results for their organization
  • Build strong relationships and champions within prospects
  • Interaction with leadership, and have the ability to deliver exceptional results
  • Demonstrate our product over the web and assist with webinars
  • Learn daily and strive to get better all the time

Required Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Strong phone presence and experience with cold-calling
  • 2-5 yrs in software or technical sales
  • Experience with SalesForce.com and knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA or the Real Estate / Facilities industry is a plus.

Travel: As required to meet the requirements of the project
