Vimal founded eCIFM Solutions in 2000 and currently serves as the organization’s President. Vimal’s management and leadership has positioned eCIFM as a leader in the IWMS industry since incorporation. Prior to eCIFM, Vimal founded ventures in the IT and Apparel industries. Vimal holds an MBA from MIT – Sloan School of Management and Boston University.
Sanjiv Paul Singh, AIA
Sanjiv Paul Singh serves as Executive VP of eCIFM Solutions. Prior to eCIFM, Sanjiv was a Manager at Peregrine Systems. Sanjiv is also an accomplished Architect and his background has led to numerous innovations in the IWMS and Architectural industries. Sanjiv holds a Masters of Architecture from Washington University – St. Louis and a Bachelors of Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology – Kharagpur.
VP Business Development/Sales
With over 20 years in the industry, Roger Rittenhouse oversees eCIFM Solutions as Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and Sales. Before joining eCIFM, Roger was with the TRIRIGA team at IBM Corporation and led TRIRIGA Inc. as General Manager and Executive Vice President. Prior to that, Roger served as a Vice President at Peregrine and Innovative Technologies.
VP Implementation Services
Frank Zele serves as VP of Client Implementation Services at eCIFM Solutions. Frank is a highly experienced Systems Engineering professional with vast experience implementing all modules of TRIRIGA across multiple industries. His portfolio of TRIRIGA implementations spans all three generations of the TRIRIGA IWMS product, from its roots in SPAN-FM through Facility Center and the current TRIRIGA 10 version.
Cher Nicastro serves as VP of Development, leading product strategy for eCIFMTM On The Go! Mobile Solutions and TRIRIGA add-on solutions. Cher was a Vice President and founding member of TRIRIGA where she had several roles including the leader of development. Since then, Cher has run most of the TRIRIGA technical teams, acted at the leader of the Customer Advisory Board and most recently was the TRIRIGA product manager at IBM. She is also regarded as one of the top TRIRIGA experts in the world.
Director Human Resources
Katherine Ovadia serves as the Director of Human Resources at eCIFM Solutions. Previously, Katherine worked at Accenture Consulting as an HR Manager. Katherine uses her HR experience to build a great place to work. In addition, Katherine has a MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
